Disclaimer for Midnightwere Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use midnightwere.property. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Service Only

Midnightwere Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. If work happens on your property, an independent provider does it. Midnightwere Tree Service does not.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Is General

The content on this site is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Every tree and property is different. What fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices change with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep a safe distance from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Midnightwere Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has more detail.

Accuracy of Content

We try to keep this site correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
